Is shipping really free?
➤ Yes, shipping is free for all orders in the continental USA. Alaska and Puerto Rico have to pay shipping charges associated with longer fright distances.
Same day orders can be cancelled before 2pm PST. Orders cancelled after 2 pm will be shipped. Fees may be charged to the customer if an order is cancelled after 2 pm PST.
Orders must be in MX3 packaging with all original contents inside when returned. Orders returned within 14 days will have a credit applied to the account.
I received my order but it is wrong. What should I do?
➤ Please contact us immediately via our 'Contact Us' system or by calling a customer service representative at 1-707-655-4991. We will research your order and get it straightened out for you as quickly as possible.
Is there a minimum order to place?
➤ No, order as little or as much as you like.
Can I use my credit card?
➤ Yes, our checkout feature allows for all major credit cards.
How long does it take to receive my package?
➤ All orders are sent through USPS with tracking. You will be given your tracking number via email once your order is confirmed. Usual shipping times are between 2-3 business days, often times sooner if you are located nearer our Vallejo, California location.
